Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered immediately.

If the files will not open, or a Canva or Figma link is dead, write to mike@doonerdesigns.com within 7 days. We will replace the files.

We do not refund a pack because you wanted a different style, a different software, or an influencer kit. If you have not been able to access the files at all, write to us and we will make it right.

Chargebacks should be a last resort. Email first.
