What it is
Drew is a local front desk for people who already have services, a coverage area, and hours. You give it a new-patient note, a trade request, or an after-hours DM. It answers from SERVICES.md, runs intake, and ends in a booking draft, a Hot/Warm/Not-a-fit lead card, or a clean no. Emergencies run the emergency rule first. After hours, it says when a human will confirm.
It is instructions. It is not a running agent. It is not a receptionist who can see your Friday board. It will not fake availability, invent an ETA, diagnose, give legal advice, or confirm a live slot without a calendar tool or your approval.

How it works

- If that draft is usable, you already got the product. Grok Bot can wait.
You keep the files. We do not take a subscription.
Stack A
Minimum. One chat host that accepts a system prompt. grok.com, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or the xAI API. plus SERVICES.md (or a paste of your services, area, and hours) Stack A drafts. It does not confirm a live booking, send SMS, or watch Instagram overnight.
Optional Stack B. A named Grok Bot with files, if your SuperGrok or Cursor plan shows Grok Bot. Confirm in your account. Eligibility has moved. Do not require SuperGrok Heavy. Calendar plugin optional. Draft holds only unless the tool returns the slot.
Optional Stack C. A site, Instagram DM, missed-call text, or WhatsApp Business widget. Separate channel. Not this SKU.

FAQ
Is this a running Grok Bot for $49?
No. You are buying instructions: a prompt, a worksheet, evals, and a start card. You already pay a chat host. We do not sell Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok Bot.
Do I need Grok Bot?
No. Stack A is enough. Grok Bot is optional if you want a named teammate with files. Confirm in your account. Linux cannot run the Grok Bot desktop app.
Will it confirm Friday at 2?
No. If no calendar tool returns the slot, it drafts the hold and says a human will confirm. After hours it uses the hours you filed.
Will it diagnose or quote a price it does not have?
No. Clinic symptoms get intake and a booking path, not a diagnosis. Prices come from PRICING.md or it says UNKNOWN and offers a consult.
What about emergencies?
If the emergency rule matches, it runs that first. It does not chat past gas, flooding, sparking, uncontrolled bleeding, or chest pain.
What is the license? Can I use this commercially, including client work?
Commercial use is included. Use the kit for your work and for client work. Do not resell, share, or republish the files. Do not list them on another marketplace.
How many accounts?
One purchase. You and the people doing this work with you may use the files. Do not share the source files outside that work. Finished work may go out. The prompt files may not.
Do you send updates?
The files you receive are the product. If a file will not open, email mike@doonerdesigns.com and we will replace it. We do not run a subscription of updates.
